Mi40 applies the latest science to the practice of bodybuilding and leaves no stone unturned. The web site comes crammed with videos and manuals covering everything from nutrition, exercise execution, theory, science and, of course, the workout schedules and routines themselves.

I have been using a wide variety of workout programs for many years myself and I have not seen anything as comprehensive as Mi40. If you are serious – I mean really serious, about getting huge, if you’re a competitive bodybuilder, or an athelete looking to improve your performance, or if you are just someone that wants to achieve your maximum potential for muscularity, then I strongly believe this program is for you.

Pros –

Very well researched and documented.

All the exercises and schedules are clearly laid out and, if you take the time to study them, you will learn how to apply each technique and how to perform each exercise. The research and theory behind the program is described in a series of short videos that discuss each area of study individually. Done in a conversational format between Paul and Dr. Jacob Wilson, the segments are entertaining and interesting and full of information.

Great videos.

Paul does a terrific job of showing you the correct form for each exercise and the theory and science behind it. He also covers the more minor, but crucial technicalities that will help maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Each exercise is demonstrated in detail, with guidance on proper form, as well as what to avoid.

Comprehensive – Bodybuilding Nutrition

Not only are all aspects of training for all body parts included, but assistance with mental conditioning – attitude and perseverance, is also in there. This regimen will test your will to the limit. Paul explains this and helps you overcome psychological limitations. He also documents how to use nutrition to maximize recovery, fat loss and muscle gain. This includes recipes and the proper and best use of supplements. There’s even a seven day detox program to get your body system prepared for the work to come.

Bodybuilding Science –

The latest theories are brought to bear in the design of the program. You will learn the best and most effective techniques for stimulating muscle growth. Some of this is stuff you’ve never heard of before such as NOS intra-set stretching, C.E.P. cellular expansion protocol, as well as other topics like the impact Mi40 Bodybuilding Before and After Old Manof mental focus, time under stress, workout volume, timing, rest periods (when to rest, when not to, and why), diet, supplements and much, much more. Not for everyone.

If you aren’t serious about getting big and ripped, don’t consider this regimen – because it is HARD. As a doctor might say before sewing up a wound – you might feel a slight discomfort. The vastness of that understatement only becomes apparent when the needle pierces the skin. Or after you’ve been through a workout. If you are a beginner, go slow and study carefully, or upgrade to the monthly membership offering which will put you into a community of like-Mi40 Bodybuilding Resultsminded people. It will also speed up your progress with new 6-week programs every six weeks, premium videos, and delicious nutrition advice.

Requires a gym.

Unless you have a huge gym at home, you will have to go to one to do this program. This may not be a negative to most people, but personally, I prefer to work out at home. Having said that, this program got me back in a gym again, and I love it!

Pain –

You will be working out at a level you have never done before – This will make you sore, real sore. The program includes advanced recovery techniques that will push you through this and help your body adapt to the next workout. But expect to experience some pain, during and after.

Conclusion –

This program is exceptional and a great value. Only in this age of the web can someone, anyone, with the click of a mouse instantly get such great information and value . Before the internet, a program like this could not be found unless you were well connected, and then it would cost a small fortune. In fact, before the internet this information was not available anywhere – the science had not been done yet!
